Dave is married to Ruth and they have 3 children and 8 grandchildren. Since coming to LCC he serves as usher and security, helps with Awana meals Wednesday evenings, and is always willing to assist where needed.
‘Approximately 24 years ago, a friend of mine invited me to his church. It was there I made a profession of my faith and was baptized. As years went on, I struggled living the type of Christian life I knew I should be living. Then one day when I was in a very low spot, the Holy Spirit convicted me to make several changes in my life. I made those changes which caused me to grow closer to Christ. Since then, God has helped me through many struggles as well as my recent cancer journey. God carries me through my day-to-day life as I surround myself with fellow Christians. I continue to draw closer to Him and give back wherever I can.’
