We invite you to participate in one of our Sunday School classes listed below. The Sunday School hour begins at 8:30am and concludes at 9:30am. During this time of Bible study and conversation, you will be challenged to study the truths of God’s Word and be transformed by their life-changing power (Romans 12:2).
ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL

The Gospel Project
Teacher: John Mohr

Recently this class has formed by merging two classes into one. This class is intended to encourage spiritual growth and maturity (sanctification) and fellowship/care of each other. The class is using the curriculum “The Gospel Project”. The goal is to cover the entire Bible, Genesis through Revelation, focusing on seeing Jesus in the entirety of scripture. The class is open to anyone interested in studying the Bible with a desire to see Jesus throughout scripture while developing healthy relationships with others in the class. New members are always welcome!

Book by Book
Teacher: Jeremy Besgrove
Room: Upstairs Open Area
Jeremy Besgrove leads this class through various books of the Bible in a style that is directed by the text, but also invites participation from the class. The goal for the study of each book is to learn the texture and pertinent details of each passage, while keeping in mind the greater context and themes of the book and the entire Bible. The class is open to anyone wanting good fellowship and to see the eternal truth, relevance, and beauty of scripture.

The Doctrine Class

The Doctrine Class is an eight week study held on Sunday mornings during the Sunday School hour. It is held periodically throughout the year so stay tuned for the next start date or contact an elder. The course teaches the core beliefs of our Christian faith. Here is a sample of the topics covered: The Bible’s origin and content; Who is God; The Trinity; Creation; Sin; Salvation; The Christian Walk; The Church. If you are hungry to be refreshed by these truths, desire a deeper understanding, or are curious to know what LCC believes this class is highly recommended. If you aim to pursue church membership this class is required.
CHILDREN AND YOUTH SUNDAY SCHOOL

Four Years – 1st Grade

From the time our children are able to understand we want them learning the stories of God’s Word. The Gospel Project for Students studies the entire Bible, Genesis through Revelation, focusing on seeing Jesus in all of Scripture, God’s plan for the world and how they fit into that plan.

2nd – 4th Grade

Each time our children hear the stories of the Bible they understand who God is and who we are more and more. The Gospel Project for Students studies the entire Bible, Genesis through Revelation, focusing on seeing Jesus in all of Scripture, God’s plan for the world and how they fit into that plan.

Junior High; 5th – 8th Grade

Our youth will grow in understanding the Gospel message as we walk them through the whole of scripture. The Gospel Project for Students studies the entire Bible, Genesis through Revelation, focusing on seeing Jesus in all of Scripture, God’s plan for the world and how they fit into that plan.
