‘Hi, I’m Leighton Moser, my wife Angela and I live in Forrest with our son Charlie. We started attending LCC in January 2021. Through hearing the preaching of God’s word and through friends and family sharing the gospel, God was drawing me close to Him. A good friend from church shared a sermon series with me titled “You must be born again.” It was John Piper teaching on John 3. As I listened to that, my eyes were opened and I realized my only hope is to put my faith in Jesus Christ! I love Ephesians 2, it describes the gospel and salvation perfectly – I was dead in my sin, but God being rich in mercy saved me! Praise God!’
Leighton works as a organic farmer with family and serves as usher and security at church in addition to being a deacon.
