OUR GOAL: TO LEAD PEOPLE IN A GROWING RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS
At Lexington Community Church, we are committed to the person of Jesus Christ. And, we base our teaching and practice on God’s revealed word, the Bible. It is our desire that every person who comes through our doors places their faith and trust in Jesus Christ alone for the forgiveness of their sins, leading to a changed life and a new relationship with God.
Everybody is welcome here. Whatever your story, your questions, your doubts, or your struggles – it is our desire to lead you to the One who offers new life (John 10:10). We’re all about doing life together in community, being intentional about our growth, and serving one another along the way.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU VISIT
When you visit our church, we hope you are greeted warmly by our people and feel right at home no matter who you are.
More importantly, we desire that you are enriched spiritually and encouraged in your worship of Jesus Christ. Through corporate prayer, the singing of new and old songs, and the uncompromised preaching of God’s Word our Sunday gatherings are intended to increase your understanding of and affection for God.
WHAT IS THERE FOR MY KIDS
We have NURSERY CARE (birth-4 yrs) available during Sunday school from 8:30 to 9:30 as well as during our worship service from 10:00 until the service ends. Children K-2nd are invited to take part in Children’s Church during the sermon and will be escorted from just outside the sanctuary to the upstairs children’s wing where you will be able to pick up your child at the end of service.
